  • We just bought a house and had the tiles and carpets cleaned because they didn't look too great. I was glad this company was able to come right out-on Memorial Day in fact- and took the initial call on a Sunday. The job seems pretty good. The carpets we're mostly heavily stained and they do look better. I do think this company charges too much for tile cleaning. We paid $500 and $350 of that was for tile. The reason this isn't a better rated review is because they advertised a 10% off deal for new customers on Yelp and when I told this to them they stated they don't advertise with Yelp. Oddly enough, now that 10% off isn't listed on the Yelp page-how convenient. I took a screen shot and even emailed the company and they stated it wasn't happening since they did not register with Yelp and Yelp adds any and all businesses to their site. Anyway this is my review and I wouldn't refer them to anybody.
