  • This has become my go to repair shop. I brought in my favorite shoes which had worn down heels but I still wanted to keep. The owner explained how the sole was one molded piece but he thought he could cut the heel and glue on a piece. The shoes looked brand new when I picked them up. Restored and polished. A year later they remain my favorite shoes and still look good. My husband subsequently had shoes resoled here and this was the first place I thought of when the zipper on my new and favorite leather purse kept going off track when the stitching came undone at the edge. Again, the owner explained that stops should have been placed at the end of the zipper to preclude the problem I was having. He restitched the purse, added stops and I've had no problem since He is friendly and a true artisan.
