  • We were assigned to these guys from our home warranty since we refused to have the other guys come back to our house after they didn't fix the leak properly on our AC. I had originally booked a 12-4 time slot and realized my daughter had dance class at 430 that day so I wanted to be sure we would be able to leave in time. I called them the day before and the lady who answered was very sweet and empathetic of our needs and noted the technician to be at our house at 12 and he showed at 1120. I am so pleased with his service and then being able to come at a time that was perfect for us and our busy schedule! Thanks!!
