| - I will Never recommend this place to anyone. After making and paying for reservations two months in advance, we get there, john apparently the owners son told us when we got there, room should be ready in 20 mins. Suggested we go to the bar to take advantage of their specials only to walk in and be told no such specials. While waiting over the 20 mins., we go back to check to then be told they only had room with king bed, not what we reserved and paid for, we had a party of 4 and reserved room with two queen beds. In trying to ask what happened, john said without looking at us to speak he had no explanation. We then asked for a refund, rudely he said NO, we booked thru Expedia and would have to contact them, still talking rude never making eye contact, he proceeded to get up and as he walked away mumbled under His breath to his staff, to which I finally told him he has no customer skills and wanted a superior to talk to, where he shrugged and said go ahead you can find her in the next room. Her door was open, had a client so we waited for a bit, took forever so we walked out contacted ramada corporate to file a verbal complaint, they were apologetic, logged our complaint, attempted to set us up in another location. I have never had this service anywhere in my life! There were also few other people outside with complaints and one guy just was walking out after cancelling due to terrible service. I can't believe this establishment allows this treatment. I will tell as many people as I can to never book this zero stars!
