  • So recently I got my car repaired from one of their mechanics. My car needed a new serpentine belt but they also recommended a new drive belt tensioner and idler pulley. I got everything installed that day. Now the parts were brought from me and were brand new and there policy states that having my own parts won't be covered in their limited warranty service. Well that same day when I got my car supposedly "REPAIRED" the mechanic did not test drive the car like they said it should be done in thier service. He didn't talk much but asked if I had water or towels, kept recieving phone calls during the hour he was suppose to fix my car which was $95 for labor so he was taking his damn time, kept swearing over the phone, swearing because something would not come lose from the car, asked if I had a 12mm socket when they should already been prepared (AGAIN) as stated on their service and I did over hear him telling someone else that he'll hurry to finish my car to get to the other person to fix their bike. So I'm guessing he rushed on my car that he ended up leaving his trash behind, power steering fluid on the ground, even some tools left behind which I tried calling him so he can come pick his tools but never even bother calling back, didn't tell me how much the total was going to be sense he took longer than an a hour. He just made me sign my signature on his phone and asked if I can write a good review about him and left on his way. Sense we didn't test drive the car I did myself sense he was no longer here to see it. As I'm driving down the neighborhood my car was running great but when I took it too the streets and waited for a stoplight my car made this weird noise like if cables or something interfered with the belt. Well it turns out my not so new belt ended up getting shredded up. Also the mechanic did not put back my power steering reservoir back into place but left it hanging next to the steering pulley. So I was stranded and had to tow my car back home which a good friend of mines had his mechanic check it and told me that the guy tighten the belt tensioner too tight which were the results of the belt moving out place and getting tangled up and got shredded along the way. Sent in a complain but they haven't even wrote back but yet they can send me emails about other recommended repairs on my car. Never again will I spend money on this company.
