  • We just finished eating at the new location downtown for Bubba Phatz. The brisket is amazing and the pork and short ribs were really good. I am a bean fan and theirs were the best I've ever eaten. Fairly new restaurant and they already did everything right. So next time you are in downtown Phoenix stop in at 610 E Roosevelt and give Bubba a try.....YUM
