  • I called and requested for all my receipts including the hard copy of the parts they ordered for my car. Brit said I already have a copy of them. I said no. I have the copy of the quote you did for me and wrote down all the parts with the price. And you only gave me a copy of a receipt to which you manually entered in the amount for me to be debited. She said I will call you back once I get all of that. I said okay thank you. I get a missed call and I called them back and Brit said oh that must be the owner trying to get a hold of you. Her attitude has been fixed by the way. She's being extra nice over the phone. I said oh okay, thank you. (I asked for the copies of the receipt and now all of a sudden the owner wants to speak to me and get involved?) So I get a call and he said he's the owner. Eddie. He informed me and said the call is being recorded. (Why?) but okay. Fine by me! He said okay so what's been going on? I told him I will tell you the story from the beginning and then we can go from there. Once I was done talking he was pretty much going over everything what I have said but looking at all the paperwork he was given from Brit. I cut him off and I said look it seems like we are not getting anywhere because you're telling the same story I just told you. It seems to me that everyone is on the same page and we all know the story. If you're not going to do anything for me lets get pass all of this and give me the receipts of the parts you ordered for my car. He asked me why? I said how do I know I paid for a factory bumper and not an after market bumper? How do I know I have an after market bumper and I paid for full price and you pocket half that money? So are you going to give me the receipts or not? He said no, I'm not going to giving it to you. I said why not? I don't see anything on your business nor did I sign anything that I can't request a copy. He said your not getting them. And asked if I had a lawyer. I said I don't have a lawyer but I will be filing a complaint! He said then we will go from there. I said okay then I will request the documents from them. Thank you! And I hung up. The fact that these people refuse to give me the copy of the receipts for my parts that they ordered. Is fishy! And this is why I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. I haven't received the second receipt that I signed for when I got my car back. And he refused to give that as well.
