I recently purchased 2 32 oz. boxes of Signature brand chicken broth from this Blue Diamond store.
Once I got ready to prepare my meal I discovered that I in fact purchased the wrong ones and I meant to buy the low sodium ones.
I had already discarded the receipt but just wanted to exchange them but Cheryl in customer service insisted that I couldn't exchange it without the receipt. I called 2 other Albertsons stores and was told it would be no problem at all. It's a shame when employees make up their own rules for certain people. I called her back to tell her that she misinformed us and she became indignant and hung up on me.
Poor customer service. I never receive that from Smiths. I'm done.
I did go to another location and exchanged it without a problem.
