  • One star only for two reasons...Scottsdale Quarter where this is located is very nice and bc Chris Lopez who helped me once was very helpful. I came in twice to get my phone screen repaired and to buy an iMac. First time there was just zero hospitality. Not friendly. Did not like the way I was treated. Second time I came in for my appointment that I scheduled in person only to find the appointment was lost or hadn't been made, though the guy never said "sorry" and kept talking to me with a tone like I never had an appointment. Solution? Come back in a few hours and maybe I can see someone. Meanwhile my day is now spent at Apple and I can't go elsewhere bc all appts for today are gone. Wasting my time even though I'm here to spend thousands of dollars and treating me like complete crap. Get it together apple. This is not service.
