  • 0 stars for customer service. I went here for an estimate for my SUV. Someone side swiped me and took off so I was going through my Insurence and going around getting estimates. I got a quote here then went next door to Bumper Medics and got an estimate from them. I went back into Southwest Classics to ask him a question about how they would replace my passenger doors as new or just put on a skin and he refused to speak with me because he "saw me speaking to the man from Bumper Medics"!! He made me feel like I was doing something wrong by getting multiple estimates. He was completely rude to me for no reason.
