rev:text	Total waste of time. If I could rate this dealer it would be zero stars! I Worked with sales rep Kevin. I Was lied to several times . Was misled that the vehicle I was purchasing was a 6 cylinder when it was a 4. Very disorganized and incompetent couldn't answer any questions I had. Lack of confidence and going to his sales manager every five minutes because I was persistent on getting my questions answered. Was lied to and was told by Kevin that the second key to the vehicle would be made the following day. The next day came in I was ready to put my down payment on the vehicle and I had instantly got so disgruntled when I was told Kevin knew nothing about the key remake AND the order was never put into place; AND that it will be another few days if I wanted the second key. Completely unexceptable. I spoke with the sales manager Don which he was ok to deal with and tried to make the deal work and make me happy. But I declined all negotiations because the excuse I got from the sales manager was that Kevin was new.. So what if he is new he was a clutz! Pick who you hire because IM sure I'm not the only customer they lost. Seriously this guy had little to no experience in Car sales. How do I know this? When driving off the lot he gave me the wrong key to the car when I was driving off. Total klutz! I was also told that the vehicle would come with a full tank of gas, and only came with a half a tank. If they were honest with me I would have felt better to know what to expect. I am Just completely disgusted and would never refer anyone to this dealer. Bought the same vehicle at billluke across the street with 15k mi less and a year newer for the same price and even received a $1000 cash offer in addition. Coulter did not value my business enough to make it right. Returning the vehicle was the best thing I did. Glad I did my homework. Go BILL LUKE!
