  • The worst customer service I've ever encountered. If you don't want to talk to people, confirm orders or be polite you are in the wrong business! Every time we come to this drive thru it's always to someone who doesn't want to have a job. The orders are always wrong and forget asking for a correction. The girl today actually said 'Bye' and walked away from the window when I tried to confirm that my 5yr olds coffee had no caffeine as the rest of the order was incorrect.
