  • Had them put in a pool in our yard 3 years ago. It was still a memorable experience because it was so awful. Kip was our "salesperson" and after he made the sale, he was incommunicative, rude and lied to us. This is not a way to treat people who are spending over $30,000 of their hard-earned money with you! He even sent us a scathing email and mentioned in it how he gives such great customer service. Oh really? Seemed ironic. Anyway, the pool is so-so, they made mistakes and luckily I called the owner to fix some of them before it was completed, but they couldn't fix everything, it was too late. So, we lived with it. They wanted us to go with their landscaping, and I'm so glad we didn't. Our landscape designer, Tom Smith of Desert Designer, was amazing. The pool company set him back a week because they didn't follow through on their timeline, and Tom worked around it and even covered costs for their mistakes that they refused to pay for or fix. Terrible experience overall.
