We made a simple purchase of Captain's bed with mattress. Unfortunately, the salesperson made an error and wrote down set behind it. When delivery was attempted, we took the mattress and refused incorrect set. The delivery man was very helpful and we talked to someone in customer service who said they would waive delivery fees and help us get correct set. Well, we have called twice and emailed once. They credited us for incorrect set but don't seem to want to help get to us what we ordered. Now my 82 year old mother is sleeping on mattress on floor, my house torn up as we did switch with bedroom set and customer service....crickets chirpung!
