  • What a piss poor excuse for a business. My father worked as a pool guy and owned a pool store for many years and this place is an embarrassment to the industry. If bullfrog spas were sold anywhere else it town I wouldn't of ever purchased my spa from here. We visited multiple times and we had made the decision in which one we wanted. When we went to pay all of a sudden there was a 3% charge for using a credit card. Surprise!! Not once in the handful of times we went here prior was this mentioned. So an extra $400 was stole out of our pockets. We took it with a grain of salt and moved forward. We set up delivery for a few days later. Delivery was set up between 2-4pm. The delivery guy called at 1030 in the morning and asked if he could come early. I explained to him that we set up the initial time for a reason and that I couldn't be home till 2pm. He became very rude and hung up on me. I was able to leave work at noon - I felt bad that they had to wait and I called the delivery guy back and told him I would be home at 1215. He said he would be there waiting. Another surprise... they didn't show up till almost 2pm! So I lost out on 2 hours of work to help accommodate them... then when they finally get there the 2 guys were so rude just down right mean. He threaten us saying that if the delivery took over 1 hour they would be charging us. Then he said we needed a crane... which is not even close to being the case. The spa fit in our gate with plenty of room and we did all the measurement before hand. They ended up bringing the spa in and setting up... he kept saying it was going to be an extra charge. They were there installing for less then 90 minutes! The straw that broke the camels back was the way they left my house! They left all of their trash... rocks thrown everywhere and the did not put my gate back on after they had removed it. They treated our house like complete crap and their customer service was horrible. I called and emailed to complain and never got a response. Since we didn't have to correct tools to put my gate on we had to pay someone to do it. On top of that all of the pool chemicals that were supposed to be free and came with the spa were ruined and unusable. I will NEVER go here again and will NEVER recommend anyone to shop here. This was not a cheap purchase... this hot tub cost over 13k and the way we were treated and the way our home was treated was not okay.
