  • Given a past great experience I returned to Big 5... Several years ago I bought a $30 pair of shoes at the Green Valley location. These shoes lasted as long as expected and matched the "wear-and-tear" quality of much more expensive shoes I've had in the past. This great experience lead me to buy my next pair at Big 5. An unexpected bonus was the fact that I returned (swapped-out) these new shoes for another pair due to a fit issue that was not evident until I had the shoes at home. The Big 5 staff happily made the exchange with no fuss. So, the value received and price paid will certainly bring me back years in the future for shoes. I simply can't justify buying the typical $100 (and up) everyday shoes. Some of their other products can be higher priced so be sure to look for coupons in order to ensure you get a good deal.
