  • Went there to upgrade my phone. After waiting 20 minutes while I watched numerous Verizon employees stand around talking to each other was told they could not help me. I went to Best Buy and they were able to help me and provide me with my upgrade in 10 minutes. Save the frustration and just go to Best Buy instead of wasting your time in this store.
