  • Second visit to this ER today. First visit in the past was great! Today the visit left a very poor impression of using this facility again in the future or recommending it to any of my friends or clients. Check in staff was wonderful. I recommend more privacy to discuss what a person is coming in to be seen for rather than discussing in the waiting area front window. Nurse was unprofessional, condescending and mannerisms as if i was putting her out to help me. I addressed her behavior and asked her to change her attitude or find me another nurse to continue. She refused my request, became argumentative and criticized my choice to utilize the ER for my situation. "You came to the emergency room for a cold." (I happen to be 4 weeks post brain surgery and was diagnosed with bronchitis from that ER visit.) Very unprofessional representation for a place called "Dignity"Health. I have left a message with the ER supervisor to discuss further. Hopefully, this nurse will recieve a refresher in basic customer service skills, nursing professionalism, or look for a different career path where kindness towards sick people isn't valued so much.
