  • Horrible. I went in for a cancer follow up scan from them because they were more affordable than the company I was using. I am self employed and have terrible insurance. I get one day off a week. When they called me to confirm the appointment, I was told my old records had been transferred. Upon arrival, they took me back almost on time. I was told to change into the gown and sit in the waiting area. Then the technician comes out and informs me there is a problem. They do NOT have my previous records , and therefore can not proceed. She told me * I * could drive over to the old place, get my records , drive back and they would try to get me in later that day. Or I could wait and see if records could be sent soon. Or I could reschedule. No apology. Instead a very flippant , non caring attitude. Lots of attitude. I do not have time on my only day off, to do THEIR job. Incompetence at its worst. I will have to cancel and now reschedule my oncology appointment because my Doctor will not have the tests she needs to see if my cancer has spread. The people at Simon Med don't care. Avoid this place at all costs.
