  • Ill just say this company understands customer service. I had worked through my home warranty company to get my springs fixed, come to find out they didn't cover the actual springs just the opener. Of course they never even called me to tell me (and still haven't 5 days later) but Josh did! Josh reached out immediately and let me know it wasn't covered, he was there the same day, and completely sympathetic to the situation. I had asked Josh if he could leave me a pull string for the emergency pull latch and he even came back to my house and delivered it to my door step. He was so easy to work with and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. He was super responsive AND on TIME! and ensured i had everything i needed. I will not use another company when it comes to the garage door services. Thank you Josh for being awesome, it was a breath of fresh air to work with you!
