  • I had been coming here for months and was really enjoying the treatment I was receiving. I drive quite a ways (45 minutes) because they were patient and accommodating with my sensitivity. I had a crown done about two months ago by Dr. Boscamp that recently started to cause me intense pain. I made an appointment to see Dr. Boscamp and he took an X-ray and examined my tooth. I told him how I was up every night with shooting pain up to my temples and couldn't sleep because the pain was so unbearable. He sands my tooth down because he thinks the two teeth tapping is the problem and sends me on my way WITHOUT antibiotics, even though he even said himself that he saw my inflamed gums and saw a "slight" infection on the X-ray. He told me to continue taking three Advil every three hours for the pain and to come back and see him in a week.... I couldn't wait a week. I ended up going to another dentist for a second opinion because it was starting to interfere with my job and caused me to miss work days. Not surprised, I am told by the second dentist that I do in fact have a VERY infected tooth that was going bad and that I should of been on antibiotics. I spent another $100 for someone to tell me what I already pointed out and was stressing to Dr. Boscamp! I was still willing to come back to this office but when I called to tell him and his staff they could care less. I asked if he could comp $100 off the remainder of my bill ($500) and he absolutely refused. He said he was no longer having this conversation with me and it was HIS judgment to not give me the antibiotics. Obviously his judgment and "personal opinion" was completely wrong and it inevitably costed me more money in the long run. I've spent thousands of dollars here and I won't be giving them another dime of my money.
