  • Let me first start off & say, I was very upset after coming to the DMV five times to get my car registered after constantly being misinformed from multiple workers that I didn't have everything I needed to register my car with when I did. Then, an angel (I promise you) was sent down from heaven. His name was Chris (I didn't get his last name). He looked at all my paperwork, went above and beyond to calm down myself and my upset mother, & informed me & ask if I wanted to change my title to Nevada since I was originally from Texas. He has been working at the DMV for three years now and definitely knows what he is doing. He was very friendly and showed empathy and carried good conversations that made it very comfortable & also waived a fee. He had me in and out with my new NV plates within 20 minutes. I wish I could only schedule appointments with him, he is the man to go to! Such a great guy!!!
