| - Can I give 0 stars? I guess the 1 star I'm forced to give will be for the location because this was the worst hotel experience I've had in Vegas thanks to the horrible customer service provided by management, in particular, Chris Lenzo.
We went over memorial weekend and when we checked in, nothing was said about the parking situation. The website said parking is available. We seriously circled the parking structure for over an hour and found nothing! People were even illegally double parked in the lot because it was just that bad. The valet was also full and when we tried to valet, they said the lot was full. We asked where we could park since the self park was also full and she told us to figure it out! We were not redirected to an overflow lot so we were forced to park at another hotel and walk several blocks even though we are guests at the hotel!
We spoke to the manager, Chris Lenzo, after we parked blocks away and we asked him why they did not tell guests about this situation when he himself said they were expecting issues with the parking due to the busy memorial weekend. We asked him how they just expect guests to figure it out. I told him on the website it says parking is available and he said "it's like when you go to a bank, they are open from 9-5 and then they're closed so they're no longer available" and i said "yeah, but your hotel and parking structure is open 24 hours!" and he responded "I guess all I can do for you is make bad analogies..." REALLY? Are you freaking joking me? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! He had such an attitude because we were two twenty-something girls filing a complaint. Had it been an older person, I'm sure it wouldn't have copped such an attitude.
I'm sorry sir but how are you the manager?! The janitor of the hotel could have done a better job! The best part was that he had security backup waiting behind us and we didn't even raise our voice. Are you scared of a couple of girls?
WILL NEVER BE BACK!
Even at Treasure Island, I had a bad experience once and they offered us a free night stay next time we returned. He offered us nothing even when we asked if there was anything he could do to make up for our poor experience. He said he wouldn't offer us anything. We aren't looking for free handouts, we are just looking for excellent customer service to make up for our lousy experience at your hotel.
