  • this place is awful!!!! I brought my christian louboutins in to get just the tips changed AND i provided my own tips because my shoes use special ones. Not only did they still charge me 9.95 they estimated it to take a week and three days! I did get a call two days ago saying they were done early that I can come get them. I go to pick them up today and the guy says he doesn't see any Louboutins there. Not only did he claim that the shoes that I paid $800 for were not Louboutins he also said he cant find them. He also dug through a pile of random shoes looking for my $800..who keeps expensive shoes like this in a dirty pile of shoes? After giving me a heart attack he finds them and says these are Christian Louboutins not Louis Vuitton! Are you kidding me? I told you four times the name of them and I also described them to have a red bottom. This place is awful with customer service. Do not go here. Anywhere is better than here.
