  • BEWARE.infested with roaches. Water gets shut off without notice. All the time. The longest was 11 hours. The staff is rude. Screens their calls and never picks up. You think it's cheap rent but they add on all these extra fees. Pool is suppose to be open year around and I've been here for almost 4 months and still closed. It's always heavy traffic and almost every other night in the wee hours there's homeless people rummaging through the dumpsters not to mention all the furniture they leave by there also! Maintenance people move at their own pace and when it's convenient for them. The office staff tell you one thing and it's a complete lie. I've never met such a rude arrogant liar like Icella. Stay far away from her. I wish I could give this place a zero. Worst place I've ever lived
