Conversation this morning where I learned appointments don't matter and Chapman could care less about its customers' time:
Me: "How long will the appointment take?"
Chapman employee: "there's lots of cars in front of you so it'll be several hours."
Me: "I mean if I make an appointment - you've told me I need to take my car in for them to look at it but do nothing, they'll order a part, then I'll have to go back for them to fix it. How long will that first trip take with an appointment?"
Chapman: "Appointments don't matter. They just tell the person that you're here but they don't mean you'll get in at that time. It'll be several hours."
