Went to both the summer and winter Woofstock this year and I was very disappointed. The summer Woofstock was a fraction of what it use to be in years past. For those who know what the old Woofstocks were like, you would be sad to know what it has become. Less vendors and less samples/fun treats for the dogs (no chicken flavoured snow cones or frozen yogurt for the dogs :(). Winter Woofstock is even worse since they charge you for admission and it has even less to look at than the summer one. For first time goers, I would say check it out and get the experience of the summer one only but skip the winter one as it's a waste of time and money. The only pro is that the location at Woodbine Park is less crowded than before.
