  • When my car was broken into and vandalized, of course I wasn't too thrilled. This isn't the first time I've needed body work done, but I'm happy to say that all the usual things that have annoyed me about past body shops just didn't apply here. They dealt directly with my insurance company (Aviva) so that I didn't have to go back and forth with adjusters or get multiple estimates. They got me in right away to fix my shattered window and had the car back to me in two hours. It needed to go back in a week later after parts were obtained to have the body work done. They took it in right away on the date promised, and had the work done on time. They even stayed around after hours for me to pick up the car after work so that I could have it in time for the holiday weekend. How great is that? Oh yeah, the quality of work was excellent too. Paint match was great and they washed the exterior. I met the owner personally and everything was well explained. There were no surprises like I've had at other shops - no song and dance about needing more time or needing extra parts, no excuses. I kept waiting for something to go wrong or for some kind of nasty surprise but it never happened. Hopefully I won't need body work anytime soon, but at least I finally have a go-to body shop that I can rely upon next time some idiot smashes my car. Even if that idiot is me.
