  • We have a Slack channel at the office called #hungry - and it was buzzing when this place opened. I finally got the chance to try it, and it was even better than I had hoped. It's really an assembly line of build-your-own (yes, like Chipotle). The tuna tasted very fresh and was being brought out every few minutes from the back, seemingly cut in smaller batches as needed to avoid having a bunch sitting out at once. Toppings were nicely diverse and delicious - a nice heap of scallions, avocado, edamame, and even wakame salad, which was awesome. I'm going to have to go back to try some different combinations and sauces. If I had one adjustment - the rice was a bit heavily seasoned with vinegar and sugar - but that won't stop me from going back quite a few times.
