  • EPIC FAILURE. Nothing was done correctly starting at the new construction with windows that spew subzero outside air in, the carpet tiles peeling up, and the paint coming off the doors and walls. Front desk couldn't make 2 keys for the same room without deactivating the first one. Told us there was no laundry on site so we went to laundromat...turns out there is a W/D on the 4th floor. Free 24/7 beverages were not made each day due to low volume (at one point we were the only ones staying here). Was the final bill correct? Nope, the number of nights and points were not added to my account. We passed our comments up the chain at SPG and hope someone comes out to review how horrible this place was built and being run.
