  • If I could give 0 stars that would be too many. I've been with this company for 5 years and had no problems, till I put in a claim. to make a long story short. Had to put in a claim for my dishwasher to get fixed. They appointed Service pro's Aaron to fix. He did not fix it and I had to replace on my own expense. Year later refrigerator wouldnt stay cold, Homelife sent Aaron to fix, Aaron replaced 2 parts 2 different times still didnt work. He wont answer phone or return my calls and Homelife wont assist. I turned them in to BBB and they lied in the reply. They charged me for cancelling my policy when they cancelled the day after they received the BBB complaint. PLEASE READ ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ON THIS COMPANY. They cover "not much" and their customer service is really bad. 0 Stars for this company.
