  • Sorry to see all the low rating here, we weren't expecting great service but totally got it, and more. Blake was helpful when I called on the phone to get some info before we packed up the new baby and headed into the store. We needed to switch carriers for M's cell, from Verizon to my service with Sprint, but keep his iPhone 6s. Blake gave us a checklist of things to get before coming in (Verizon acc #, pin on that account, make sure it was unlocked & device paid for). We did all that, only to find out from Verizon that there was still an amount owed on the phone, so we called this Sprint store once again and got Marissa, she answered our additional questions and so we packed up the baby and headed in. It wasn't too crowded and Blake was busy but Marissa was available to help. She was great! It took a bit of time and there were a couple computer-related snags (that ultimately required one of us to come back in the next morning bc the office they needed to call was closed when we were there), but everyone was pleasant & helpful. And no one tried to upsell us on anything!!! Will definitely be back for any future needs.
