  • This is the ONLY good experience I've ever had at a UPS storefront. We have several UPS shops near us in Paradise, but they all suck. They have an attitude and are generally unpleasant. This time around was great because we were treated like people.Dane at the rancho/Charleston shop was very friendly, walked through the process clearly, and also had an awesome Batman watch. He explained how I would be getting email notifications (which I had never gotten before) and also reviewed the information clearly (also new to me). Thanks so much for being awesome
