rev:text	We ate here as a large group multiple times On our recent trip. Very clean, great selection and pretty good value. Would be 5 stars. Unfortunately the woman who Works the front desk, Loretta is rude to the point that I almost want to avoid this location all Together. Loretta for no reason speaks down to people. Simple issue of needing a table For 17. Instead of being friendly and explaining the whole party needs to be present she rudely states "well you have to wait", and snaps at us. I can't really explain it in words. She was just horrible. We came back as a party of 2 the day we were leaving our honeymoon. We chose to Pay with a prepaid gift card (which we had used there before) right on the receipt after paying it Showed we still had over $100 On it. When she went to apply The tip her system Wouldn't allow Her. She sat there accusing me of not having money on my card and bringing a bunch of People over to add the tip. She held up the line making me Pull the card out again and be so rude and belittling to me again. My husband just went and got cash after the meal to tip the server. Loretta needs to take a customer Service refresher coarse. I don't understand why she repeatedly was so rude to Us. By the way no one in my party was ever drunk. As we were there at the hotel for My wedding. When people put forth that much effort to get together, take time off Work, spend savings etc. they should receive proper service. We went to the buffet 2 separate times And had wonderful service.
