  • Same experience with other people here, my parents were purchasing a house with American West then we already paid for some fees for the upgrade and reservation then suddenly, the load we needed to close the deal with the house was decline. The point is, why will they approve us in the first place then take our money then decline us in the end?!? They are stealing people's money!
