  • I just left this Michaels location and I am LIVID. The idiot working the cash didn't know how to use a scanner and double scanned half of my items in front of me. I must mention that she WASN'T new to the job just someone who apparently has ZERO customer service skills. She yelled at me saying that it was not her fault and that she didn't in fact. I then counted each item with her one by one like she was 5 years old and pointed out each item that I had watched her double scan time and time again. She told me that I was wrong repeatedly. After 7 minutes of her fumbling around and blaming me she decided that she would start all over again because "I had messed her scanning up". Yes, me on the other side of the counter who was totally polite to her until she accused me of lying and making things up. Terrible terrible terrible service! I will purposely go out of my way to avoid this location at all costs from now on.
