I use to take both my dogs here but after today I'm done. I've been trying to get my dogs in for over a week, the other day I finally was able to get an appointment over the phone for Saturday at 2:30 for one of my dogs and 3 for the other. The person I spoke to said it wouldn't be a problem to bring both in at 2:30. Today I arrive at Petsmart at 2:20, only to be told the appointment for both dogs was at 1:30. There's no way that was the appointment time I agreed to cause not only would the discussion of being able to bring both dogs in at same time (since the appointments were at a different times) not have happened but i didn't get off work tell 1:30 so I would have not taken an appointment at that time. The girl behind the counter, was of no help, she asked who I spoke to, but since I didn't realize there was going to be a problem I did not take note of the girls name. I wasn't offered another appointment or even a "sorry let's see how we can fix this" I have two large breed dogs it's not easy to get them both in and out of the car, I realize this isn't Petsmarts fault, but to be simply told 'tough luck' cause they changed the appointment with out consulting me is unacceptable. I will no longer be buying anything from this company, the customer service had gotten worse and worse over the years and this was the last straw.
