great sales below par service for a Luxury car!
I get right to the point. they are polite and say the right things. getting appointments is easy but checking in is always a mess. for a so called Luxury car. I have to line up for some junior person to sort through a deck of cards. and then they have to search through the printed list for my name. after that i have to sit to see a service advisor - even for a simple "put my summer tires back" service. I get faster service from non-luxury cars, my VW dealer and my previous RH Toyota dealer. I cannot believe that in this age they are dealing with papers. no wonder i still have to use a MOUSE in my Lexus... come on guys, deliver what you pitched me at sales.
