  • First, let me say I like the products. However, the service is horrid. The people are nice but are clueless as to how to take care of more than one customer at a time. Today was the third time I was in the store and walked out without having been helped. Mind you, I had every intention of buying numerous holiday gifts for clients....had a list all ready to go with names and shipment locations. When I asked the one person manning the store if she was the only one, she said "yes" until noon today. That was it....she did not say she would be right with me, she did not ask how she could help, she didn't ask me to hold on a second. NOTHING. The previous two times, the same thing happened. No one said..."I will be right with you." Or...even acknowledged me as a customer. I have spent a decent amount of money in the store and have always been persistent in going back even though the service is bad. Today was the final straw. I am done. And...this is really too bad. I do like to spend money locally. The other sad thing is....they really do believe they give good service and do it better than others.
