  • If I could give 0 stars I would. TOM made everyone sign in during our private party. He told the adults to sign their kids into the kids column. Some of the kids were teenagers and didn't even play with any of the toys. WE STILL HAD TO PAY $12 FOR EACH PERSON THAT WAS SIGNED INTO THE KID SECTION. WE GOT TOTALLY OVER CHARGED!!!!! Some of the older kids were playing with the babies and they got charged. (Swinging them on the swings or playing with them in the ball pit) One baby did not play with any toys and stayed in the lunch room the entire time but TOM said "We charge for every baby 8 months and older no matter what." I complained that the parents didn't know that if they had older kids they were supposed to sign them in the adult section. I asked him if that was his responsibility to monitor since he's the one standing there making them sign in. he said "Absolutely not!" He wanted me to inform all the parents before they came in. How was I supposed to inform them of this when I did not even know this was the way their rules were??? I have been to other indoor playgrounds (TYKES N TOTS) and they did not run their business this way. After explaining to him that we were over charged he said "OK, I'll refund you for 4 kids but not for all of them" No, buddy. This doesn't help me. KEEP YOUR STOLEN MONEY!!!!!!!!!! One parent that knew what to do signed her 15 year old son in the adult section and Tom advised her to put him on the kid column. She said No, he's not going to play. So he just left it at that. Good thing, because there would be another child we would have to pay for FOR NO REASON. Another friend of mine was holding her baby majority of the time. TOM comes up to her and says "Aww, how old is she?" She replied "10 months" So he charged her too. Apparently you can't bring other family members such as babies or teenagers or they will get charged the kid fee. AND TO TOP IT OFF, HE CHARGED FOR THE BIRTHDAY KID. WE WERE SPECIFICALLY TOLD BIRTHDAY KIDS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PARTY. I brought extra drinks but I called ahead of time just incase and asked if there was a place to keep the drinks cold. The nice lady on the phone said absolutely, there's a refrigerator here. When I came in with the drinks TOM said- I'll see what I can do. The refrigerator is for MY stuff so I don't know if I have space. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I kept my composure for the sake of my son's birthday. Book your party here if you want to be ripped off!
