This dealership does not know the meaning of customer service. Let me just state that this review is not based off of just one experience. I had an appointment to have my vehicle repaired. Subsequent to the work being done a new issued/noise presented itself as a result of the work performed here. I conducted a follow up visit to schedule a 2nd repair. After talking with a service advisor and the service repair manger whom both viewed video of the noise being generated from my vehicle I was directed to call 1st thing in the morning and speak to my Service advisor the day of my appointment to ensure that I would be provided a dealer loaner car. The morning of my appointment I did call and speak to my advisor who endured me that I would be taken care of when I told him of the need for the dealer loaner car. I went to drop off my vehicle that afternoon, but my advisor was on lunch and another advisor was unaware of any available loaner car and asked me to wait for my advisor to return from his lunch break. I returned a short time later and talked to my advisor whom informed me that no dealer loaner car was available and none had been set aside for me. I spoke to the service manager whom informed me that their was no loaner cars and I would have to accept a rental vehicle if I wanted one. I realize some repairs go wrong but what is not acceptable is the fact that I was told and promised one thing and it never happened and their was no apology by the advisor or his manager for their mistake. I will never have my vehicles serviced here and will definitely never purchase one through this dealership. They do not know the meaning of customer service.
