When I moved to Pittsburgh I used yelp reviews to choose my barber shop. Seeing how it has helped me, I figure it is my turn to pay it back.
This shop is the best in the 'burgh. Listed below are a few highlights of Goodfellas:
The Barbers are all friendly, they joke with each other and engage the customers in conversation.
They make sure that they understand what cut you want and are VERY skilled enough to make it happen. I used to get my hair cut at High Rollers in Las Vegas (Same barber that Bryce Harper goes to). Moving back East I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a barber that could cut a good pompadour. The staff here instantly put that concern to rest.
One of my favorite things about this place is, the price is right. Not just because I like a good deal. These fellas preform a great service that everyone can afford! They know very well they could charge more, but why?
Good things come to those who wait. With everything I mentioned above, you can imagine that word travels quickly. They do not take reservations so If you are planning on getting a cut here, make sure you have the time to wait. Sometimes the shop can get pretty busy. Trust me when I say it's worth the wait.
