  • Everything is rainbows and unicorns until you try to cancel your membership. I recently decided to cancel my membership as a result of my financial situation. I told them this when I signed the cancelation paperwork. I have several prepays to use up in a month. Every time I come in I get harassed about canceling and told I should freeze my account instead. How about making a freaking note on my account and not harassing me EVERY TIME about cancelling. Since I have several prepays the manager scheduled my appointments. She suggested I do facials to use up some of my prepays. I've never had one of their facials so I just went with it. Once my facial was over I was told I had to pay an additional $10 for the products used on my face. So the $59 I prepaid didn't cover everything! I told the front desk lady I was upset and had never been told there would be additional costs. I have two more facials set up that I plan to switch to massages. Once my prepays are used up I will never go to Massage Envy again.
