This was a great place to have my son's 9th birthday party. 4 stars for the venue and 3 for the customer service. The kids had a blast, the adults had a good time, and everyone went to bed early this night lol. It's a lovely place to have a party but I would advise you to stay on top of your hostess and make sure they cater to your every need. Ok so now for the bad....
Our server was always almost gone and couldn't be found at times, frustrating because she was getting a large gratuity from my party so I would expect her to be more available to us. When our food came out, they forgot about the birthday boy's special meal (he is allergic to pizza sauce) and he had to wait for his food to come while the other kids sat down and ate. If anything, he should've been served first!!! The pizza tasted like cardboard paper with some cheese and sauce on top of it. For the amount of money we paid for the pizzas and platters, we expect it to at least be tasty!
The girl they had working the bowling desk was rude to me in front of other patrons and she was very fortunate that it was my son's birthday and I didn't feel like getting into it with her while getting 8 pairs of kids shoes.
My party had a great time in the venue but for a party that was over $500, we expect 5 STAR Customer Service!
