| - Who likes walking into a car showroom with no plan? Not me. So when I was thinking about a new car last week, I sent a generic online request to Bell Honda stating the vehicle and price I was hoping to find. Within a few minutes, I received a call from Jason and set up an appointment for later that day.
I met with Jason and took a test drive. I appreciate that he didn't go through the whole haggling process. I know the payment I was hoping for was nearly impossible, but with some creative accounting and terms, we were able to come to an agreement that was within my budget and I didn't have to give anything up on the car. Sidenote: earlier a different dealership said they couldn't agree to my terms, their only suggestion was a lesser model).
Jason was friendly, efficient, knowledgable, and easy to work with. Being a single lady, visiting a car dealer isn't always the best experience and I like I was treated like a customer and not like prey, if you know what I mean. There was no bait and switch, no trickery, NO PRESSURE.
When I met with Matt in finance to take care of the paperwork, it was the same. He was very efficient, funny, and helpful. Maybe it's because my credit report shows that I've purchased/leased around 15 or so vehicles in my adulthood, so they knew that I knew what I was doing......but I'd like to think they treat everyone this way. I certainly enjoyed the experience.
Great guys, bright and inviting showroom, and great customer service so far. If you're in the market for a Honda (and you should be), give Jason a call!
