**More focused on money than your animal**
**Pros**
-24 Hour Care(Our emergency was at 4pm on a Sunday)
-Took us back quickly
-Dr. Andy Lenius calmed us down and took pictures during the procedure and answered all questions.
-Friendly and helpful front desk.
-Procedure done quickly.
-They gave me a couple puppy pads at the end to put down in my car.
**Cons**
-Waited 20 minutes for the doctor while our dog laid in a puddle of blood.
-Extremely high prices!
-Asked us back for a FOLLOW UP but would still cost an additional $80(a follow up should be FREE as it is a fast appointment and it is work they have personally done).
-You have to sign a form about resuscitating your animal and if you don't want your animal to die its an additional $425.
-Your groggy animal is walked out and has to stand there while they give you all of the information at the end. Our dog fell over and then we had to carry him out. Suggestion: Put them on something we can wheel them out to the car on since they were just sedated. Our dog weighs 50 pounds and that's not easy to maneuver. Just like how hospitals put people in wheel chairs to get them out to the car.
**I would say we were 50% pleased with the service but I would not refer/return unless it is last resort, so two stars is accurate.**
