Im not a fan of employment agencies, so I prepared myself for an awful experience. I walked in, gave my name and was asked to sit the waiting room for a recruiter to call me. After you get over the wait time as well as the type of people waiting, the experience and process was wonderful. All the employees were courteous and friendly and didn't treat you as just a number. They have a system down to where you meet your recruiter, fill out new hire paper work, then you speak to someone to verify all information. Last step is to set up your direct deposit or pay card with the ladies upfront. Very organized. It was a painless process and I left happy and excited to be a part of Manpower.
P.S. it took about 1.5 hrs. so allow yourself that time
