  • I had hired Atty Anthony Menting, and subsequently also had Atty. Tiffany Highstrom work on my case. Huge mistake ever hiring these clowns. They seem to know nothing of the law, care nothing of my case, and just went after every last cent they billed. Unfair billing, at that. If there is one thing they excel at, it's padding a bill. I hired the firm to go after assets that my ex had hidden during the divorce. It was more than a year later when I found out about the hidden assets. I had the proof and documentation, including a signed confession from the ex! Should have been a piece of cake. Yet, Tiffany came to court, and royally screwed up the case. She took an easy win, and lost!! It was dismissed out of the gate! I don't know how she managed to lose it. Well, actually I do know! You see, after she botched the case, I took over my own case, and began to represent myself! I did my own legal research, fixed her 1st year law student errors, and am now proceeding without her and with SUCCESS! I don't think she has ever won anything. And she charged me $10,000 for the "service!" What a joke! What they did should have cost about $500. It was drafting a one paragraph motion to reopen the divorce, along with one affidavit. Should have taken 1 hour at most. The reason Tiffany and Tony botched the case, is because they used the utterly wrong statute and law. They cited inappropriate law, and that's why the judge dismissed the case on the first day! I am not a family law expert, and after a bit of reading at the library, I found out the utter stupidity of what these excuses for a lawyer had done. These lawyers are no experts! After Tiffany botched the case, she looked like a deer in the headlights. I asked her to fix this situation, and she said there was nothing that could be done! And yet, here I am, winning the case on my own??! Crazy! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! They will make things worse! I am considering to file a legal malpractice case against both of them. They make me sick at their utter incompetence and money grubbing. You have been warned!
