  • While we had a great experience buying our car with Jeremy, the entire experience was soured by the 4 hour wait AFTER we purchased our car just waiting to be pushed through finance. We literally waited in that waiting room for over four hours. Once we threatened to walk out on the sale and never come back they pushed us through. We were greeted by Mike in finance, and I was disgusted to hear him drop the F-word at least 3 times in the 8 minutes we were in his office. I don't know if he was trying to lighten the mood since we were already annoyed by the wait, but it was so rude and unprofessional, especially around a woman, to use that language. I don't have enough praise for Jeremy, I give him five stars, but the finance wait and Mike ruined the entire experience for my husband and I.
