This place is frustrating. I really want to like it, but a lot of the puzzles aren't very intuitive at all, and that's a big problem. I've done two rooms here, the dig and the bank heist. While it looks like they've put a lot of effort into making the rooms look nice, the same effort doesn't go into the thought behind the puzzles. The bank heist allows 12 people, but you can pretty much only do 1 puzzle at a time, very linear progression. Just because the room is "big" doesn't mean there should be so many people. 6 would probably be much better for this room. It turns into a mob of people just going from one clue to another in progression, not a good flow to the room.
I've done other rooms where multiple puzzles can be worked on simultaneously, which is great for bigger groups. Unfortunately not the case here.
I may come back here eventually, but for now I think I'll check out other escape rooms in Phoenix.
